Chiara Piccinotti is an AI, data, and product executive who has spent the past 20 years harnessing technology to improve people's lives. She started her career in investment banking, where she developed a foundation in capital markets and rigorous analytical thinking before being drawn to technology as a more direct lever for human impact. Over the past decade, Chiara has built and led data and product organizations at some of the world's most influential technology companies. She has held senior roles at Amazon, Meta, and Discord, where she currently serves as VP of Data Science and Engineering. Across these companies, she has specialized in translating complex data into products that reach hundreds of millions of people, pairing technical depth with a product leader's instinct for what creates real value for users.

A committed champion for conscious AI, Chiara advocates for building artificial intelligence thoughtfully and responsibly—technology that reflects human values and serves people's wellbeing. She is also an active angel investor, backing founders building the next generation of technology companies.

Chiara holds bachelor's degrees in mathematics, philosophy, and finance from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School, and an MBA in entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Born and raised in Northern Italy, she now lives in San Francisco with her husband, their child, and Tucker, their 12-pound cockapoo.
