Tara brings deep expertise in strategy, real estate, and impact investing, helping organizations make critical investment decisions that mitigate risk and drive long-term value creation. At LEBEC, she works with clients to develop investment frameworks and tools that prioritize resilience, integrating GRESB and UNPRI governance and reporting policies, materiality assessments, data-driven research, and sustainable finance roadmaps at the intersection of philanthropy and impact investing. Tara and the LEBEC team support clients in structuring capital solutions that align with both financial and mission-driven objectives, ensuring investments are designed for sustainability and long-term impact.

Previously, Tara worked at Google, leading innovative sustainable infrastructure pilots for the company’s global real estate organization. She specialized in biodiversity, circular economy solutions, and water resiliency initiatives, ensuring long-term environmental and financial viability for Google’s assets. She also collaborated with senior executives to develop and operationalize the company’s global real estate strategy. Prior to that, she served as a deployment manager for Google Fiber, overseeing city-scale rollouts of high-speed internet infrastructure across the Midwestern U.S.

Tara is a civil engineer by profession, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She holds a Master’s degree in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Florida International University.
