April Rinne - speaker, advisor, and author of "FLUX: 8 Superpowers for Thriving in Constant Change" - chats with us about system design, and why rethinking it is everything. She took a deep look at how our systems work - from our financial and consumer culture systems, to our educational and workplace infrastructure systems - and recognized a series of disconnects that don't actually allow us to achieve the change we need in the world today.

Why Women(+)? We were inspired by one of the pioneers of this movement Jacki Zehner, and we adapted the term from ShePlace: “women(+) includes all self-identifying women, including cis and transgender women, non-binary and gender-fluid individuals, and all allies who share our values.”
